Your videos

Upload only matches you played in or filmed, and only with the agreement of everyone in the frame: Rally asks you to confirm it for every match. The video stays yours; you let Rally process it to give you your result and your clips, and nothing else.

Do not upload anything that is not a padel match, or that you do not have the right to share.

What Rally is

Rally’s numbers and coaching are estimates from a phone video. They can be wrong: a player missed, a shot miscounted, a court misjudged. Use them to practise, not to settle a bet, and not as medical or professional advice. Train within your limits.

Rally is a beta. Features may change or stop, and a match may fail to analyse.

Fair use

Rally analyses up to 15 minutes of video per match and a limited number of matches per phone per day. Do not try to get round the limits, read another phone’s matches, or interfere with the service.

Price

Your first match is free and complete. After it, Rally analyses one match a calendar month for free. Rally Pro analyses every match; it starts with a free trial when the store offers one, then renews at the price shown before you confirm, until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings. Cancel before a trial ends and you pay nothing.

A match that fails, or that Rally cannot follow you in, does not use up a free match. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.

Responsibility

Rally is provided as it is, without a promise that it will be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, Rally is not liable for losses from using it, from a wrong number or from a lost match. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Ending

You can stop at any time: Settings → Delete my data removes everything. Rally may stop serving a phone that breaks these terms.
