Delete your data
Rally has no accounts, so there is no account to delete: there is the data held for your phone, and it goes in one tap.
In the app
- Open Rally and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my data.
- Confirm.
That removes every match, highlight clip, frame, number and stored copy Rally holds for this phone, on the server and on the phone, straight away. A match still being analysed goes the moment its current step ends. The phone then gets a new random ID, so nothing it sends afterwards is tied to what you deleted.
Without the app
If you have already deleted the app, write to us from any address with your device ID if you still have it (it was in Settings) or, failing that, the dates you uploaded matches, and we will delete what we can match to them. Without an ID or a date there is nothing to find: Rally keeps no name, email or phone number with a match.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Everything about your matches goes. Two things do not: if you bought Rally Pro, the scrambled form of your old device ID that the app store uses to restore your purchase stays with your purchase (it cannot be tied back to a match), and the usage counts Rally keeps carry a separate random ID that is reset, not linked to you. The uploaded video itself is always deleted once a match is analysed, whether or not you ask.
The waitlist
To come off the waitlist, reply to any email from Rally or write to us; your address is removed from the list the same day.
